1200 leg of the alumni DMR. Alum team took the w, like 10:40 overall time which is honestly fucking solid. Handed off to frosty who handed to mads who handed to Ali. Super fun.
1200 was very choppy pace wise...got out in 30, then went 68 for the next 400, then closed in a 60. Definitely was not set up for my success, but I'm pretty happy with how this went considering I haven't done a lick of speed work.
