Yikes, this sucked. Oh well. On to bigger and better.
I genuinely don't think there was a specific, definitive reason that I felt so bad, but there are still a few things I would like to note to improve on next time.
1.) Remember to take inhaler pre-warm up, perhaps pre-shake out, too.
2.) Be warmer at the line and before the extended run.
3.) Reduce stress throughout the week.
4.) Keep up with electrolytes.
