Notes
Interval workout with a nice crew of Blake, Josh, and Tyson. Workout was 1k, 8 by 400 at 5k off 30 seconds rest, 12 by 200 at mile, 60 seconds rest. Blake led the 1k which was a bit hot at 3:03, but we took adequate rest after before getting into the 4s. 4s actually did not feel as tough as expected with the short rest. Went 67, 69, 69, 68, 68, 69, 68, 67. 2s were all 31s and 32s. Great day.
Dropped my van off on the way home so this distance includes a little jog back from Drake Garage.
