8, 8, 4x(8, 4), 8, 8. 1 min after 80s and 2 after 4s. 8s at the beginning and end were thresh, 8s paired with the 4s were at CV and the 4s were at 5k. This workout totally sucked, as in it was just way harder than it should have been, and hurt a lot. I did it on the Grey's backstretch because it was the only stretch of trail that was cleared off based on my scouting yesterday. Spitz and I settled on this workout so I could do the 800s into the wind, and then do the 400s (and the rest) with the wind to open up a bit. Was going to do 6 sets, but the 8s into the wind absolutely killed. They were so hard, and also slightly uphill. Added 2 more 8s at thresh at the end rather than the last 2 sets. Not where I want to be right now fitness wise. Lots of work to do.
