1 ish mile jog over to DMU old campus and then a treadmill workout. Just did 5 by 5 mins at as fast as the treadmill would go, which was 5:00 pace. 1 min rest between each which actually was closer to 30 seconds by the time I slowed the treadmill down and speeded it back up. Weather has just been crazy this week. Ridiculous amount of snow out there.
