2 miles up, 35 minutes of 3 min on (target 6:36), 2 min walk/jog, cool down

Drank 3/4 bottle of Amino Energy during run. Felt good overall and was happy with this, went better than expected. I think it helped that I got a walk in this morning to shake things out. Hips much better than past few days.
