Blergh. I'll blame how crappy this felt on taper gunk and also being on day 3 of no carbs. I want the biggest stack of pancakes tomorrow. Also a kit Kat, that will be breakfast.

1 mile warmup + 5 miles easy with 8x1mim bursts mixed in. They were supposed to be around HMP but they floated a little fast and slow on some. Ranges were 6:24-6:28. Easy paces were between 7:30-8:11
