Being able to program the treadmill for this was amazing, auto speeds up and slows down. Set the recovery interval at 7.5 and the interval at 10.3 (5:50). Did the first 5 at 10.3, then 5 at 10.4, 5 at 10.5 and then the last 5 at 10.6-11. Felt good and strong. Need to make a new fast running workout playlist.
