8mi EASY run @ 8:00 - 8:30; conclude w/6 x 100m strides (preferably barefoot, and on grass)
Treadmill miles in case my calf decided to act up. Wore compression and rolled it a bit before running. Started at 8:34 pace and worked down. Was sweating bullets but felt good in general. Did the last 2 minutes at Mp just to work in a little speed. Opted not to do the strides today.
