6mi RECOVERY run @ 8:30 - 9:00; yes, this should be this slow, letting your body recover from the build up in mileage over the last 1-2 weeks

Cut this down today, had a super shitty day and didn't have the patience for this. Had I kept going my heart rate would have skyrocketed and I certainly wouldn't have held recovery pace. Will do the rest of the miles Thursday as recovery from Wednesdays tempo. Fuck it.
