WORKOUT: 3 x 1mi @ 90% of max mile effort; 1mi WU; 6 x 100m strides; (w/5min active jog recovery); 6:13, 6:11, 6:09; 2-3mi shuffle CD; 15min static stretch post-run, then compression

Warmup and cool down felt okay, a little creaky. Need a full blown ice bath. Will do that tonight after the movies.
