Treadmill run in afternoon before getting ready to go to the cabin.
10 minute warm up
5 min at 7:30 with 2:30 recovery (9ish)
5 min at 7:13 with 2:30 recovery (9ish)
5 min at 6:58 with 2:30 recovery (9ish)
3x1 min at 6:00 with 1 min recovery (9ish)
Cool down until 5 miles
Happy with howbthis went and the paces didn't feel horrible. I think it wa the right effort for the workout.
