3mi A.M. LIGHT JOG/shuffle to loosen up legs; include a few surges at 5K pace, each mile (5:59 - 6:04); followed by 6 x 100m strides
Ended up doing this in the afternoon/evening. Really nice night not too hot and a little breeze. Feel good after today's massage. Mixed in 1-2 short surges each mile. 7:47, 7,49', 7:45
