12mi LR and TEMPO; 1mi "WU" @ 8:30, then progressively work down from 7:45 to 7:15 for next 4mi; TEMPO portion @ 6:38, 6:36, 6:34; 6:29; 1mi CD (shuffle pace); 15-20min static stretch followed by compression all day

Humid late morning run, 86% definitely had me sweaty. This didn't go quite as planned but the effort was there for most of it. I fell asleep at the wheel for a mile later on but then picked it back up for the progression.
