Mini workout at the Y before Body Pump. Mentally wasn't feeling this a all, general feeling with running these days.

15 minutes up, 1 min @ 10mph/1 min recovery, 2 min @ 9.7mph/2 min recovery, 3 min @9.5 mph/3 min recovery, 9.3 until hit 30 minutes.
