15 x 20 seconds, 90 seconds recovery.
This was fun and it was a gorgeous fall late morning/early afternoon. Enjoying running on the Hojack trail a lot, nice change of scenery and quieter too. Though probably shouldn't have run on it for the workout portion may have slowed me a LITTLE (not a ton), but I'm not concerned.
Have no idea where my fitness is right now, but this felt good so I'll count it as a win.
