Wind whipped around tonight but was good mental training more than anything. 70 and sunny felt nice and not as awful since I have been doing some heat/warm weather training on the tread.
7 x 800 (goal: CV/2:58) - 2:54,2:57,3:00, 2:56,2:58,2:56,2:54 -- 200m walk/yog recovery
4 x 200(goal: 40) -- 37, 39, 37, 36 and felt good so threw in a 5th at 37.
