A.M. - XT/core/weight training P.M. - 6mi EASY run @ 7:30 - 8:15

Did this a little later since I had a little stomach scare this afternoon. Luckily it settled down and felt comfortable venturing out. Nice easy progression. Picked it up the last little bit for some turnover. Felt good to flush out the legs.
