A.M. - 4-6mi RECOVERY jog @ 8:15 - 8:30; P.M. - XT/core/weights
Morning recovery miles- nice out but gonna be a warm day again so happy to get this out of the way early. Getting out of bed was hard, lolly gagged a little too long which left me with less time to run- but still got it in so I'm happy for that.
