Was super tired. I think my meds are messing with me and need the lighter dose - add in that Hannah was up at 530 for some reason today. Took a nap this afternoon because I had a bad headache from being tired. But, got on the mill anwaysy and made it happen. Cut the warmup and cool down a tiny bit but overall got the meat of the day in.
5 reps at 6:40, 2 at 6:36, 2 at 6:31, last 1 pushed to 6:19 and felt good.
