9PM treadmill run at PF. It was cold, wet and rainy and didn't want to risk getting sick.
Easy progression run. Started at 6.0, increased .1 every 2 minutes for the first 30 minutes. Then increased .1 every 1 minute for 10 minutes and then cranked the last 1/4 mile at 10mph just because. Solid run, felt smooth.
