Notes

This was hard mentally after crashing the stroller on my warmup. Brian and I made sure Hannah was okay and then he took her to run errands while I tried to do my workout. I struggled mentally to be strong and make the workout happen.

Was supposed to be: 2 x 800, 3 x 400, 1T, 2 x800, 3 x 400

Actual: 2 x 800, 3 x 400, 1T, 2 x 800, 1 x 400...

I only cut a little off, well...also skipped cool down. But I started having a panic attack during the second set of 800's...it wasn't about the running. It was the stress of the last few days weighing on me on top of the literal tipping point of the stroller crash. I forced myself to keep going until I got close to the house to stop and then I did.
