I got over 10 hours of sleep last night (omggggg needed it, so damn rare 🤣) but this also meant starting run a bit later. Sun was fierce but managed moderate effort as planned. Grateful to refill my handheld at the lighthouse, think I would have been roadkill without that extra 16oz fluids.
