22mi LRH, starting @ 8:45 for a 2mi "WU", then drop down to 8:00 for miles 3-6; 7:30 for 7-12; 7:15 for 13-18; last 4mi @ 6:49 - 6:55 pace
Phew! Long run moved to today so I sontq have to worry about it when I fly to Chicago tonight. Long progression, VERY sweaty. I'm happy I have one more super long one in 2 weeks. Then Taper taper taper.
