3 x 2 mile with 2 minutes between (walk, but typically jogged the last 30 seconds to get going again). Plan was 6:25/6:20/6:10. I was really happy to hit the first 2 sets and first half of the last. I really needed to use the bathroom that last mile (morning workouts SO not my norm so stomach was off) so it was slower but overall the averages were there and I'm happy with it. proud of myself for getting up and getting it done early before the busy day.
