2 x 400 w/400 recovery

4 x 200 w/200 recovery'
Happy with how this went, hit paces about where I should have (minus the first 200 rep which was slow). The 400's were both into headwind but managed pretty well. It sprinkled for the tail end of the last tempo mile and the 200's, but it felt good.
