8-10mi MLR @ 7:00 - 8:00; start out at top end of range, then run progression on last half of run, (pace based on feel); mix in 100m "surges" 2 times per mile, on miles 6 through 10

I ended up running mid day, which was obviously warmer. Internet and phones were out due to last nights storm so it gave me a bigger break between jobs. Happy to get out and enjoy the sun and meander through mount hope, GVP and UR. Solid bank miles and base strength building.
