10 banded squats
10 right & 10 left side leg raises with band
10 glute bridges with band and 10 sec hold on 10th rep
10 left & 10 right banded clamshells
10 left & 10 right banded "marches" laying down
10 left & 10 right bird dog
10 cat/cow stretches
