I ended up not taking a break between the 2MP/1HMP and took .5 after the HMP instead. The guy next to me was being an ass and cranking his head over to see my speed so I decided to fuck with him. But continued the rest of the workout as scheduled after that. I didn't keep splits but I'd guess the 2 MP miles were around 6:48, 1 HMP around 6:30-35, 10k around 6:15 and 5k was right around or below 6. Felt strong the whole time. A good cutback week workout.
