Plan: 16mi LR @ 8:00 - 8:45; mix in fartlek bursts of 1-2min every mile, between miles 6 and 12.
Actual: Ran on the Greenway early morning with Eric before it would get too warm. My legs felt pretty tight most of the time- but I suppose biking yesterday and racing is probably responsible for that. I was good about keeping easy paces within the 8-8:45 range. Only reason the run average is sub-8 is because of the fartlek bursts lowered the average a little bit.
Car key flew off my shoe at one point- luckily I saw it and felt it. Only took me a few minutes to find.
Right hamstring tight, left ITB tight, right inner thigh tight.
