Honestly didn't feel like running outside in the bitter wind today so I took to the treadmill this afternoon after errands and cleaning all morning. The first 5 were recovery paced (8+) and then I kept the last 9 in easy range (7-8) but progressed as I went. I added 1 minute of climbing (2-3.5%) in every 10 minutes or so.
