Took a couple of miles to get into the groove, but after that a typically good Mon. run.
Held back pace more than last Mon., but then negative splits:
8:26, 8:13, 8:11, 8:02, 8:15 (up Naamans), 8:08, 7:46 (last .45).
S/S, L/S (started w/vest). BreathThermo ants, wind briefs, thin gloves.
