Held back pace a bit, kept it slow(er) and consistent ('tweaky' hamstring); still ended up with same pace as last Sun.
Splits: 8:22, 8:00, 8:26, 8:44, 8:36, 8:43, 8:45, 8:37, 8:35, 8:43, 8:2 (last 0.5).
This distance at this pace becoming very comfortable,..aero/cardio not an issue, but need to 'baby' leg stamina to avoid injury.
Hamstring none the worse for wear afterward; legs not unusually stiff.
L/S under BreathThermo (fine). BreathThermo pants, underwear only (Dick got painfully cold - should have used wind briefs.)
