COMMENTS: W=S4 RF=41
A cold that had been coming on Sun a.m. hit full force last nght. A little achy,....legs lacked normal Monday 'spring'.
Planned on 4 and did 4 to recover from yesterday's [too] long run and as a concession to this cold.
[NOTE- It's said that there is a 2:1 ratio between 'regaining fitness' and 'time off'. It's taken almost exactly 2 months to regain the level of fitness I had prior to taking that month off in the fall.]
