Really miscalculated distance of route(Shipley, Foulk, Silverside, back up and down Shipley). Overshot planned distance by 1.25......but there were no aftereffects, no soreness, fatigue.
DELIBERATELY kept pace slow throughout run.
L/s, pants fine.
Legs haven't felt this good and strong since May.
