I was really happy with this. Didn't want to kill myself but did want to see where my fitness was at. I think I ran close to my ability. I might have been able to squeeze out another 20 seconds if I'd hammered the first half a bit harder, but then if I'd done that I might have faded badly. There was nearly a fade in that I really was red-lining late just to hold close to the same pace as I'd been doing; well I actually picked up a few seconds, but only by pushing my hardest. There was very little left in the tank, I am sure.
