Rats. I over-reached and my right biceps femoris went kaput again. This is starting to piss me off. I could be criticized for going too far, too fast at this stage, just 12 days after the marathon. But fitness-wise it felt great and until it went bad, everything else was ticking along smoothly. How in the hell am I supposed to build on my current level if my body keeps snapping every time I do a slightly harder run than usual? Bugger and blast!
