Notes

Used it as a slight progression run. Started at 3.6 upped to 3.7 for 1 mi. 3.8 1 Mi. and finished the last at 3.9. Felt strong at 3.8 I am glad to push the tempo on the mill. Feeling constrained by how long it takes. Felt better about the pace today. I felt like this run really helped to make me stronger!
