hard to find the motivation, but glad I got out there. Legs still don't feel super fresh EVER, but I might be better off if I slow down some. I still can't believe I have a 9 miler coming up. Wonder if it will be better to go from an 8 to a ten then a 7 to 9. Maybe it won't really make that much difference. The half is coming up QUICK!!!
