Notes

One of my strongest runs in a long time. My legs felt great, head up and relaxed the whole way. I am still pretty sure I am going a bit fast to consider it truly easy. But I am hoping that pushing a little now will be good for me in the long run! OMG that was fast. Crazy good. I can't believe that last mile split time. WOW!
