Notes

Did a bunch of loops around home. Woke up at 5, at breakfast had coffee sat around until 6 and decided I was too tired to run. Went back to bed, didnt sleep much but rested eyes. At 7 I got up to run. I am so glad I listened to my body. I am getting better at doing that. I need to trust my instincts because they are good ones now. Unlike the sabotage thoughts I use to carry. Now I really want to run and succeed. Pay attention to feelings. I ran and walked this run. Steady in the beginning, the intermittent at the last half. Tough patches, but finished feeling pretty good. Wiped out, but good.
