I am so glad I listened to my body last night. I was suppose to run and didn't feel like it. In exchange this morning's run was fantastic! I hardly looked at my watch, just listened to my body. I am really liking walking every .5 miles. It seems like enough of a break, but doesn't come up too fast. I feel good and energized for my race on Sunday.
