Backyard

Notes

Hello everyone! Ran for about 30 minutes today. My left leg is still a little bothersome. I am doing the best I can with my knowledge of stretching and strengthening. This route is literally my backyard. I have a dirt bike track and decided to throw on some spikes and run on it. A lot of the track was muddy, and hilly. I kept my pace under control (What I thought at least) and used jumps to time my strides for steeple. The concept sounds ridiculous, but I had a ton of fun doing so. Stretched and rolled out after.
