Notes
Nice session today. Opened up with 4-5 minutes with level 1 then the rest at lvl 11. I did take a 1:30-2 minutes @ lvl 7 or 8 to loosen up. The last 5 minutes were at lvl 12. My mind is all over the place, the majority of this was done on lvl 11 haha. Leg is feeling fine, I didn't feel it during this workout. I will be seeing the trainer this afternoon.
