The weather was cool today, cloudy and mild/no humidity. Rolling in the first mile, I was trying to adjust to my cadence and overall groove. Once I hit the mile mark, I finally started to settle into a steady pace. Running is still a new way my body moves, so adjusting seems to take a little longer than normal. Around the turn back point, I started to really feel myself and locked into a really nice pace. My cadence wasn't over stretching, arms felt good and loose, hips felt even and supported, just overall felt great. This lasted for about a mile or so, and the cool down felt supported too.
