Notes

Felt good in the start, but slowly faded to a drag. My body just felt tight today, and wasn't feeling the groove until I walked for about a minute or so. Ive noticed I can run with my body feeling extremely loose or tight. There is an in between of feeling a strong cadence/form, but not to the point of being tight/stressed. Anyways, I finished feeling tired, a little more than normal. So I stretched more today and have planned a schedule of my runs these upcoming weeks. I want to stick with easy runs on Monday Wednesday and Friday, while Tuesdays/Thursdays can be upbeat harder runs. Probably leaning towards a tempo run for those days.
