Hadn't eaten overly well but didn't really feel tired-hungry until the last 1.5km or so. The first 6km intervals are approximate as I was watching TV and didn't really pay attention to the distance.
Took a 2 min break at 5km due to the machine only letting you run for 30mins in Husby - continued thereafter to 10km.
Felt fairly comfy for the first 5km - worked a bit harder in the second and was struggling in the last 1km.
