Pleasing. I've had a dodgy stomach the last few days, so to be only 8 seconds off a 5k PB - and only a hilly course is no mean feat. I've done a lot of running this last week (but none yesterday) and although I didn't feel 100% fresh in the legs, I was feeling fine.
GPS didn't work again (2nd time in a row). Installed a software fix.
