Notes

Took it quite easy to begin with and then aimed for 10km (4 laps plus a little extra). Last lap felt noticeably harder, not reflected in times though, only heart rate.

About 4km felt like I had shin splints but it slowly went away. Socks weren't good and felt like I would get blisters.

All in all, felt pretty comfortable and could have continued longer.
