Notes

Wanted to have a 10k on the watch so went towards Bittinge and via the Strava hill segment at Spånga station (2nd best runner, woo). Felt good so went for the McDonalds loop despite the late hour. Was fine. Forced to run a bit out of the way to make 10km.

Not a bad run. Only pushed at the station but otherwise could hold 5:20 pace.
